The location was perfect. our lakeview room boasted a memorable scenery. Breakfast options were varied and well-presented.

Staff service was noticeably poor. check-in was confusing, and the noise from other guests disrupted our comfort. Cleanliness fell below acceptable standards.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for restful sleep after long workdays. Additionally, the breakfast was impressive, featuring a variety of options including fresh fruit and baked goods, which fueled me for the day ahead.

Good place but needs improvements

Had a decent stay. The room was comfy, and the breakfast was better than I've had in some places. They charged for parking, which I think is a bummer, especially since you're already paying for a room. It’d be nice if they offered free water like other hotels do. The snack bar was a nice touch!

During my stay, I loved how conveniently I could walk to John Paul Jones Park in just a few minutes, and the nearby Texas Land & Cattle Steakhouse made for a fantastic dining experience after a day of exploring. even though the check-in staff could have been friendlier, the overall stay had its positives.

The location near Lake Hubbard provides quick access to nearby shops and restaurants, making it convenient for a weekend getaway. The gourmet sandwiches were a highlight of the dining experience. However, the room cleaning service was inconsistent. I had to repeatedly request cleaning and still returned to an unclean room multiple times. Additionally, the phone in the room was out of order, which left me without a way to communicate with the front desk when issues arose.
